  2. Quarter 2: Advanced Rotations – Sentinel, Purview/DLP, Copilot Studio, Instant Bank Pay commerce, retailer onboarding.
  3. Quarter 3: Reliability & Data – SLI/SLO dashboards, incident simulations, FinOps & cost governance.
  4. Quarter 4: Leadership & Capstone – Pod leadership, release notes cadences, executive demo & KPI defense.
